Pricing
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Consulting work is billed at a day rate. Projects are quoted individually once we understand the scope.
Consulting day rates
- Standard consulting: 650 GBP per day.
- Senior / AI specialist consulting: 850 GBP per day.
- Hourly consulting: 85 GBP per hour.
Rates are in line with the UK market for independent IT consultants and reflect our seniority, our AI and automation capability and the fact that you deal directly with the people doing the work.
Fixed price and projects
- Discovery and technical audit: from 1,200 GBP fixed, credited against a follow on project.
- AI agents, automation and integrations: quoted per project.
- Custom software development: quoted per project or per sprint.
- Maintenance and SLAs: monthly retainer, quoted per system.
- AML and compliance deployments: quoted per scope and data volume.
All prices exclude VAT. We are happy to start with a short paid discovery to size the work before you commit to a full engagement.
